Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy governs the cancellation and refund process for products and services purchased through our platform,TPZ TECHNOLOGY OPC PRIVATELIMITED, in compliance with Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched or shipped. Cancellation requests will not be accepted after this window or if the order has already been handed over to the courier. In such cases, you may reject the delivery at the doorstep.
- Once the order is cancelled before shipment, the refund process will be initiated.
Refund Policy:
- Approved refunds for returns, cancellations, or verified duplicate/double payments will be processed and credited within 3-5 working days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Duplicate/Double Payment: In the event a customer is inadvertently charged twice for the same order or transaction, we will promptly investigate the case upon notification. Once verified, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full within 3-5 working days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the product is returned due to the seller’s error (e.g., damaged or defective).
- Warranty-covered products should be referred directly to the manufacturer for claims.
